Sana-di-ge
Sana-di-ge means “Inaugural Lamp”, a name that was coined with an invocation to the Gods that the leading would be to open many more such signature restaurants; and it has been the case, as today the group looks at a number of fine dining restaurants in its stables.

Set in an ambience that takes you to the South Kanara regions, with staff attired in the traditional South Kanara Attire, the restaurant is synonymous with the finest coastal cuisine of the south. Banjara
The word ‘Banjara’ come from the TULU dialect, spoken in most parts of South Kanara (South Karnataka) and means ‘A Satiated Stomach’.
